High precision forming processing equipment
CNC cutting machine: equipped with CCD visual positioning system, the cutting accuracy can reach ± 0.1mm, supporting fast cutting of complex shaped parts (such as instrument grooves and multi cavity structures), suitable for small batch customization and large-scale production.
Hot press molding machine: using segmented temperature controlled molds, it can achieve three-dimensional modeling processing of XPE lining, such as surface fitting, sealing edge forming, etc., to meet the irregular needs of automotive interior, sports protective equipment and other scenes.
